The decoration in the hotel's general areas was absolutely charming! The warm colors and comfortable seating made me feel right at home. As a senior woman, I particularly appreciated the easy accessibility of the hotel. The clear signage, spacious elevators, and well-lit corridors made getting around a breeze, which is essential for us senior folks.

I would ask for better vacation for senior people by suggesting a few more seating areas with shade in the outdoor spaces.

I recently stayed at Citadines Metro Central Apartments for a long 28-night stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, making me feel right at home. The staff, especially Mary at reception, were extremely courteous and helpful. I also appreciated the upgrade we received on our second visit. The location was perfect with the metro right in front of the hotel and plenty of malls and restaurants nearby. The kitchen and laundry facilities were a great added bonus for convenience. a wonderful stay!

The exemplary service offered by every single hotel staff member without fail was amazing, contributing to an unforgettable stay. The amenities were fantastic, including a leisure swimming pool, fitness center, and a library, providing us with everything we needed to relax and unwind. The room was spacious, and we appreciated having access to a kitchen, complete with cookware and utensils. The flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi added to the level of comfort we experienced, and the room was always kept spotlessly clean.

We were actually surprised by the spacious and well-maintained apartments at this hotel. The location was very convenient with easy access to the Metro station and other transportation options. Despite some minor drawbacks, we would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

The amenities, including the business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services, were convenient for my work purposes.

The one service I missed for my work was the absence of free internet in the room.
